Over the moon


Hello everyone! The first two weeks of school was great! Well, there is nothing new, everything is the same as usual, but let me share you this story: So there is a new English teacher in my class.. When he was distributing our books, and was about to call my name, he asked me, how do I pronounce my name.. I smiled instead of answering.. I was sooo confused how do I pronounce my name, every one has different accent, and I pronounce my name according to Indonesian accent.. He's not an Indonesian. Most foreigner pronounce my name in a different ways, which I feel like the 'v' is more into 'b' and the 'i' is more into 'y'. So he asked me "How do you pronounce your name? Is it 'Vania' (insert his way of pronouncing my name) or 'Vania' (insert his another way of pronouncing my name)?" I smiled. He then told me "Okay, you smile first, then you answer me". And I answered him, "Its up to you, Sir".

"Its up to me? So I can call you anything?". "Yes", I answered. He then made a decision that he will call me Irene, as it is simpler. So every time he calls me, I feel so unusual because everyone used to call me Vania, lol. 

This teacher is really funny! He loves to tell us jokes. He said that I ate a snake ._. Has a donkey as pet, etc. He also said that he wants me to be naughty in his class, he said that I can jump over my friend's head lol.

I hope you are not reading this Sir.. hahahaha. 



I had a lot of stories to share.. But it's impossible to write it all here, right? ^^

Took a lot of photoshoot a few days ago, and the weather was freezing cold T.T plus it was windy, so you can see my messy hair here :( Well, I hope you enjoy these photos as much as I enjoyed taking them ^^



All the photos below were taken in a restaurant. They had a very nice interior design! So my mom told me to take photos, and she even suggested me the pose and stuff! Thank you Mom!~

And that time, the restaurant was empty, so I feel free to pose lol. No one will stare at me and thinks that I am crazy =D

No longer a tourist, but this touristy spot is simply irresistible. I am pretty sure everyone knows where this is. Yep, the famous Haji Lane in Singapore. 2017 - Recap.

The fact that January is going to end soon still leaves me in a shock. Time flies that fast, huh? I feel so bad that I haven't make a new year post or a 2017 recap post kinda thing like what most people do. I have been busy catching up with life and especially, uni. Well, what an excuse. However, I would like to thank 2017 for being a very very great year for me. In 2017, I said yes to many many many things. I learned to make important decisions, and especially, I learned how stand alone and solve things with my own feet. I learned that life can somehow be ruthless, but with a strong heart and positive mind, you can conquer it and good things will come to you. I'm on a roller coaster that only goes up

I bet some of you are familiar with this title? Its a quote from the novel/movie The Fault In Our Stars. It's a really nice and romantic story!! You guys should read or watch it! I watched this movie with two of my friends in a cinema, and it was really fun! I did cry at the end of the movie, even though I knew how the story goes as I read the novel already, but still..
