China Travel Diary: Day 4

So in that day, we started exploring Hang zhou. Hang zhou is a beautiful city in the capital of Zhejiang province. The city's West Lake is its best-known attraction.  We started our day by going to the West Lake (in chinese: 西湖,xī hú), which is a freshwater lake in Hangzhou. Numerous temples, pagodas, gardens, and artificial islands are found within the lake. This lake was made as a UNESCO heritage sites in 2011. China Travel Diary: Day 3

The temperature was around 6-10 degree celcius that day. We were well prepared with our layers of outfit. So no more freezing!  From Shanghai, we were heading to Wu Zhen. It took 2.5 hours to reach there.  Wu Zhen is a historic scenic town, located in the northern Zhejiang province. Wu Zhen displays its history through its ancient stone bridges, stone pathways, and delicate wood carvings.  Spot that bridge? That bridge is designed to evoke the full moon. These bridges look especially beautiful on a full moon, when the moon is reflected underneath the brige. Imagine how beautiful it is!  We took a boat to see the quiet canal underneath the stone bridge.  The boat looks like that. Ignore my weird face okay?
