French Fries

Hello! I named this post as 'French Fries' because of the pattern on my T-shirt which is french fries. I took this photo around 6 months ago, but got a chance to post it now because I was super busy with school.

The first week of grade 10 seems to be tough. We have extra class everyday, including Saturday. Yes, Saturday, the day when I am supposed to lay myself on the couch, having some fun, immersing myself in the beauty of life. Lol. Just kidding, I was exaggerating. I usually have tuitions on Saturday and did my homework as soon as I reached home. I can never relax myself completely for the whole day because whenever there's a holiday, all the teachers are going to give us lots of homeworks. The only day when I am relaxing myself completely is when I am on Summer / Christmas holiday.

I don't know if it is just me who are being emotional, but I feel like things do not go as how it is supposed to be. I feel like the world is against me. Sometimes I feel like being a robot is much easier than being a human T.T

All I can do right now are just stay positive and do my best. Beginnings are usually hard, but as said, you can not have a rainbow without a heavy rain.

For me, life is like a tree. The hardwork that I am doing right now, will be the seed. By dilligently watering them everyday (in this case, studying), the seed will soon grow into a big tree, and will give you a nice fruit (in this case, success).

Well, I am talking nonsense right now, but I hope you understand what I am talking about. Hehe ( ̄▽ ̄)ノ

See you on my next post everyone! Thank you for spending your free time by reading my post ^^

A Touristy Stroll

No longer a tourist, but this touristy spot is simply irresistible. I am pretty sure everyone knows where this is. Yep, the famous Haji Lane in Singapore. Absolutely the must-go-to spot for our fellow instagrammers whenever they visit Singapore. Whether you just love street photography or fashion ootd shot, this picturesque alley surrounded with quirky stores, bars, and restaurant is not something to be missed, right? As for me, its quite a struggle to take my outfit shot here. Came around 5 p.m. in the afternoon, and there were a lot of people wanting to take some shots as well. Need to be quick and brisk in order to get this quite-empty background. Well, thanks to @deahamdan . Had a meet up with her at Bugis that day, then she accompanied me to Haji Lane and helped me to take a quick ootd shot. It was raining in the morning till afternoon, but luckily, the rain stopped when we wanted to go there!  Just a little story, last week, I turned 17. Well, its supposed ...

2017 - Recap.

The fact that January is going to end soon still leaves me in a shock. Time flies that fast, huh? I feel so bad that I haven't make a new year post or a 2017 recap post kinda thing like what most people do. I have been busy catching up with life and especially, uni. Well, what an excuse. However, I would like to thank 2017 for being a very very great year for me. In 2017, I said yes to many many many things. I learned to make important decisions, and especially, I learned how stand alone and solve things with my own feet. I learned that life can somehow be ruthless, but with a strong heart and positive mind, you can conquer it and good things will come to you. I learned that not everyone will like you, and it doesn't matter. How you love yourself and the way you treat yourself is all that matters. In 2017, I made plenty of friends. Sure, I lost some friends during my journey, but again, it doesn't matter. I also volunteered to many new outreach activities, beco...

Monochrome

Hello everyone! It's been a long time since I updated my blog. My monthly test are finally over and I am quite satisfied with my marks, even though I still have to work out more on some areas. As I told you in my previous post that I was so stressed about my test, yes, I was so stressed that I got a full packet of sickness (cold + fever + bad cough + dizziness), and I lose 1 kg ._. but I think it's all worth it. I took this photo before I did my Living Values project with my classmates. The project requires us to record a 10 minutes video about act of responsibility, and we had a lot of fun! Anyway, do you notice any changes? If yes, congratulations. I permed my hair just because I want to have a more volumised hair. I hate my super sleek hair, and when my hairstylist told me about this hair perming, I immediately said yes, because having a thick hair is one of my dream. What excites me about this hair perming is that it doesn't damage my hair! What do...
