Bohemian dress

Hello! Is anyone still reading my blog? lol. Its been ages since I last updated my blog. A lot of things has happened.

Its been 5 months since I moved to Singapore, and all I could say is, I love living here. Although at first, catching the correct bus and getting down in a correct bus station seems to be a problem for me, but now I am totally fine with it. Thanks to the founder of Google map for making surviving less difficult.

Now I keep myself busy and occupied with works. Other than college, I joined church-related activities, and I meet a lot of amazing friends along the way. I couldn't be more grateful than that. Also, I have been feeding myself with a lot of positivity, because since I'm living alone here, I feel that I am more responsible for my own self. Trust me, with positivity, everything becomes way easier.

These photos were taken during my first week in Singapore. I chose this flowy dress to give out the bohemian vibe, since the photos were taken in a garden. What do you guys think about my outfit?

Thats all from me today. Thank you so much for reading my post. Kindly read my article on whatwelike.co/vania_irene also. I post fashion and beauty tips and inspirations, ootd, and you can also steal some of my looks there. Even though I have been pretty unproductive lately, but I promise to write more articles and post more ootd there :)

A Touristy Stroll

No longer a tourist, but this touristy spot is simply irresistible. I am pretty sure everyone knows where this is. Yep, the famous Haji Lane in Singapore. Absolutely the must-go-to spot for our fellow instagrammers whenever they visit Singapore. Whether you just love street photography or fashion ootd shot, this picturesque alley surrounded with quirky stores, bars, and restaurant is not something to be missed, right? As for me, its quite a struggle to take my outfit shot here. Came around 5 p.m. in the afternoon, and there were a lot of people wanting to take some shots as well. Need to be quick and brisk in order to get this quite-empty background. Well, thanks to @deahamdan . Had a meet up with her at Bugis that day, then she accompanied me to Haji Lane and helped me to take a quick ootd shot. It was raining in the morning till afternoon, but luckily, the rain stopped when we wanted to go there!  Just a little story, last week, I turned 17. Well, its supposed ...

2017 - Recap.

The fact that January is going to end soon still leaves me in a shock. Time flies that fast, huh? I feel so bad that I haven't make a new year post or a 2017 recap post kinda thing like what most people do. I have been busy catching up with life and especially, uni. Well, what an excuse. However, I would like to thank 2017 for being a very very great year for me. In 2017, I said yes to many many many things. I learned to make important decisions, and especially, I learned how stand alone and solve things with my own feet. I learned that life can somehow be ruthless, but with a strong heart and positive mind, you can conquer it and good things will come to you. I learned that not everyone will like you, and it doesn't matter. How you love yourself and the way you treat yourself is all that matters. In 2017, I made plenty of friends. Sure, I lost some friends during my journey, but again, it doesn't matter. I also volunteered to many new outreach activities, beco...

Monochrome

Hello everyone! It's been a long time since I updated my blog. My monthly test are finally over and I am quite satisfied with my marks, even though I still have to work out more on some areas. As I told you in my previous post that I was so stressed about my test, yes, I was so stressed that I got a full packet of sickness (cold + fever + bad cough + dizziness), and I lose 1 kg ._. but I think it's all worth it. I took this photo before I did my Living Values project with my classmates. The project requires us to record a 10 minutes video about act of responsibility, and we had a lot of fun! Anyway, do you notice any changes? If yes, congratulations. I permed my hair just because I want to have a more volumised hair. I hate my super sleek hair, and when my hairstylist told me about this hair perming, I immediately said yes, because having a thick hair is one of my dream. What excites me about this hair perming is that it doesn't damage my hair! What do...
